Stephanie R Wood
Ms. Wood is Of Counsel in the Dallas, Texas office of the firm where she focuses primarily on patent litigation. Ms. Wood has handled a myriad of cases in Federal courts with patent litigation experience in major U.S. forums including cases in Eastern and Western Districts of Texas, the Northern and Central Districts of California, the District of Delaware, and the ITC. Ms. Wood also has extensive experience with false claims, unfair competition, and other complex commercial litigation.
Ms. Wood’s experience counseling clients regarding telecommunications, software, hardware, manufacturing, and semiconductor inventions, along with her background in chemistry, enable her to understand the technology of her clients and makes her an invaluable contributor on cases requiring specific technical knowledge.
Prior to practicing law, Ms. Wood worked for the manufacturer of industrial process measurement and control devices as an applications engineer. Through this experience, Ms. Wood developed and oversaw the installation of dozens of custom measurement and control solutions servicing chemical, petrochemical, refining, food, pharmaceutical, power, and environmental industries.
