Process Controls Int’l Inc. d/b/a Automation Service v. Emerson Process Management, et al. (E.D. Missouri). Represented Defendant and Counterclaim Plaintiff FM Approvals against charges of conspiracy and unfair competition with regard to its safety certification marks as well as its affirmative trademark infringement counterclaims.

Determination of Rates and Terms for Preexisting Subscription and Satellite Digital Audio Radio Services (Copyright Royalty Board).Represented Music Choice in ratemaking proceeding to determine rate for statutory license for musical compositions played over cable music service. Only CRB ratemaking proceeding ever to result in a decrease of the statutory rate.

Determination of Royalty Rates and Terms for Ephemeral Recording and Digital Performance of Sound Records (Web IV). Represented Sirius XM in ratemaking proceeding to determine rate for statutory license for musical streaming services. “Big firm experience- small firm rates”

Procter & Gamble v. Potlatch— Represented P&G in trade secret action to protect critical trade secrets relating to manufacturing technology used to make Bounty paper towels and Charmin bath tissue.

Vidal Sassoon v. Procter & Gamble (C.D. Cal.). Represented P&G in trademark licensing dispute with celebrity hairdresser over shampoo products.

Keener v. Wang Laboratories, Inc. (E. D. Virginia). Contract, Trade Secret Jury Trial. Represented defendant Wang Laboratories on claims of breach of an employment contract and counterclaim for theft of trade secrets.
