RONALD WIELKOPOLSKI
Mr. Wielkopolski is a Partner in the Washington, D.C. office of Cherian LLP. Mr. Wielkopolski is a trial attorney focused primarily on patent litigation who has handled a variety of cases before the Central District of California, the District of Delaware, the Eastern District of Texas, the Federal Circuit, and the International Trade Commission. In addition to patent litigation and ITC investigations, Mr. Wielkopolski has also represented clients in Inter Partes review proceedings before the Patent Trial and Appeal Board.
Mr. Wielkopolski has experience in many aspects of litigation including patent infringement/noninfringement and validity/invalidity analyses, claim construction, motion practice, discovery, and advising clients on these issues.
Mr. Wielkopolski is a member of the American Intellectual Property Law Association.
