Washington, DC, July 29, 2025…Cherian LLP prevailed on behalf of its client, Optimum Imaging Technology LLC, in six patent infringement lawsuits related to digital in-camera filtration technology against Sony, Samsung, Olympus, Fujifilm, Nikon and Panasonic.
The case also involved 12 different inter-partes proceedings (IPRs) before the Patent Trial Appeal Board (PTAB). The firm successfully negotiated settlement of all pending lawsuits and the termination of all 12 IPRs leaving all claims valid.
